I am all about bootylicious. Toned and lifted butt and June challenge to lower 4% bf. So far my workout is working wonders, http://www.thedaileymethod.com/. Squats and lunges, are out due to arthritis on my knees. My bikini body is getting more toned and of course my buttocks!0
