Coming back to MFP

Hello everyone. I am back. I first used MFP as a way for me to lose 85 lbs and had been away for a couple of years now thinking I could do it on my own. I was pretty successful until recently. I have very little support at home. I workout 5-6 days a week for 75-90 mins a day. I eat not the greatest but have made progress. I am an Alternative Ed teacher and coach multiple sports. I have since gained half my weight back. I need the support and encouragement of others to help me achieve my goals.
