I think I need a new strategy...

I foolishly weighed myself tonight (yes, I know it's halfway through the week, the evening and I'm on prescription pills that are making me, ahem, retain, as it were) and I'm STILL hovering at around 88.3kg, which basically means I haven't lost anything in like three weeks. I probably need to lower my calorie intake, because I can't do the big cycles I was doing that helped last year due to injury, and although I've picked up other classes at the gym like body balance and/or the elliptical, perhaps they're just not what my body needs? Any ideas?

After taking a peek at your diary and exercise diary, I would say you are eating back too many of your exercise calories. Diet is 80% off this journey, they say.

Thanks :) I generally tend to eat back 50% but have been pretty appalling and/or eating too much of them back the last couple of weeks, looking back at it with fresh eyes. Probably due to upping exercise. You're quite right.
