I'm a father of 3 boys who is looking to get healthy for my family. I need some extra motivation from some new friends to keep me on track. I need to lose 25lbs to hit my weight loss goal. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2015!

    Hi! My name's Ioana. I'm from Italy, I have two kids and thanks to MFP I lost almost 7 kg....let's motivate each other and let 2015 be the year of success ;)
