Losing weight; Running or Lifting Weights???

Hi everyone...this is Lamia from France I'm 5,1 (155 cm ) and 136 lbs (62kg) I was thinking that sure I'm gonna lose muscles while losing weight but at the same time I'm scared of sagging skin :(Should I lose my fat before I start lifting weights?my workout 25 minutes (orbitrac)

Do both. Run and lift some weights your burn fat and burn extra calories from the muscle built. Plus it will keep the muscles from breaking down0
