what do you do, when you're so close to your goal weight and then you start gaining again. and its happened so many times in the past few years it's beginning to weigh you down emotionally?

ok something is off here. Your ticker says you have 45lbs to lose. Your photo puts you at an appropriate weight.

You say you are "so close" to goal weight.

    What's up?

Do the opposite of what you are currently doing diet slash exercise, switch up your workout routine and change up the foods your eating give it a shot.

I don't plateau when I'm near the goal. I tend to sprint to the end.

Refeed week, eat lots of pasta, sweet potatoes or white rice & fibrous whole grain carbs as you can for a week straight. After that, deplete yur glycogen levels for 2 days w HIIT training for 15 mins each day & you're good
