5'2"and need to shed 45lbs

Hey all

I am5'2 and just joined today. I weigh 159lb so am very overweight. I had a baby 9mths ago and want to get in shape for my wedding next march. Aim to be 120lbs. Thats my ideal. Wish me luck. Any friend welcome to keep me on track. Motivation needed!

  • One thing that has really helped me out is getting a friend or family member to work out with you. I actually got most of my family started on a running schedule just last week! Also, if you feel hungry and need a snack: fruit, fruit, fruit! Fruit is very good for you (duh), and is often zero or negative calories! And avoid soda if you can. I don't know about other people, but soda always makes me sooo bloated. I'm sure you'll get those pounds off in no time, just make sure you do some cardio and mix in a little strength training to build muscle. Good luck! :)
