I have been exercising daily and not going over my allotted calories for 3 weeks. Not lost 1 ounce!!! What's the deal? Want to lose 30 lbs and its not moving! This is scary!

Hey there Maggy,
Try not to get discouraged, it's still early days within your healthy lifestyle and there is the distinct possibility that any losses that you may have made are being masked by water retention due to your body getting used to the new lifestyle!
How consistently are you weighing?
I reccomend to begin with perhaps weighing once a fortnight and being sure to keep it to a similar time of day (I always made it morning before I had anything to eat), leaving your weigh-ins a minimum of 4 hours from the time of your last meal gives you much mroe accurate results.
The next possibility is logging accuracy, are you weighing your foods accurately? A scale is your best friend when it comes to accurate portion sizes!
Wishing you complete success, try not to get discouraged! Giving this 110% will give you 110% in return!
All the best,
