not new to myfitnesspal but haven't posted before. I use it to track calories and macro-nutrients. I use the principles of bodybuilding to lose weight and gain muscle. in 18 months I have shed 70 lbs of fat and gained muscle at the same time.yes , I feel like I have something to add.
