Hey i'm happy to be part of this group. I used to be on mfp before but i always end up leaving and i really need motivation so here i am :)

I know it's rare because we speak french but still.

    We're on the same boat :smile: I joined MyFitnessPal about a year and a half ago and manage to lose 25 pounds. Then stopped, gained it all back and here I am today, trying to do this one last time!
