Hi, my name is Tim.
I joined this site to help myself keep on track during my second weight loss attempt.
A few years ago I was at my maximum of ~235lbs (I'm 5'6'', so that was not a very attractive or healthy weight for me at all), and managed to get down to ~180lbs or so after a few months of exercise. You can probably guess what happened next; after about a year or so, I was back to 220lbs and I decided that I was not going to regress back to my maximum. So I'm starting this new semester on campus with renewed motivation, making a habit out of going to the gym 5 nights a week. So far I've lost a few pounds, and using this site and the app on my phone has really helped me watch what I'm eating and stay motivated.
