Will full fat yoghurt keep me full?

I'm usually eating my highest calorie meal for dinner at 17:00 with my husband together. Breakfast and lunch are fairly light.
I just heard that today the office canteen will do England day. A loud moan went through the office as everyone dreads it. Imagine Asian cooks doing British without knowing what British food is: macaroni and analogue cheese, fish fingers, dry lamb swimming in oil, white rice, saffron rice, potatoes without seasoning, chicken breast without seasoning, artificial looking sausages with potato mash without seasoning. That's it. None of it tastes good, everything is bone dry, unless I pour the oil from the lamb over it. *sigh and yuck!*
So I thought about taking two cups of full fat yoghurt for lunch today, some deli cheese if they have any and my customary plate of raw snack vegetables (bell pepper, cucumber, tomato mainly, depending on what they have) for later on. That should get me to the usual calorie amount. Normally I have rice, vegetarian curry (subzi) and spicy chicken or fish. I just wonder if it will keep me full for the rest of the day as I've never tried it. What do you think?

I like high fat/protein options when I need to stay full for a while. Two small cups of yogurt probably won't keep you full for long, but it should give you a few hours of leeway.0

Yes, I'm a bit concerned about that as well. I'm also not the biggest lover of yoghurt, and eating 340 grams of it doesn't sound too attractive, but I managed to get a small banana before my colleagues raided the fruit bowls that I can mix in
I wish they'd announce their 'special' food days a day in advance. Then I can bring bread for lunch as well

I add two cups of blueberries or one banana to my one cup full fat greek yogurt and it seems to work most of the time.0

Well, found out now: it works.. but just about and only because I'm going home a bit earlier. Hope they don't do that too soon again
I like my curries!
