Hi,
I'm testing this app out for tracking food, activity, weight, etc for myself & my clients... any comments about your experience would be appreciated!

I think it's pretty great. I'll be honest, I had been on a hiatus, but coming back to it now I've seen they've added lot of updates. During my heyday, I used MFP with a Fitbit and lost nearly 25 pounds! It's just an awesome resource for people to stay accountable on their fitness journeys!0

Although this is my first experience with the community side of my fitness pal I have loved everything about it. The new updates are great and they have so much food already logged in to their databases. Makes it super easy to watch what you eat.0

I am very impressed with MFP. I think its a great tool for anyone seeking to transition into a healthy lifestyle. From my experience of on and off using the app (until now) the key is to truly utilize all functions of the app. MFP does not get the credit it deserves because people tend to view it as calorie/exercise tracker alone when it has far more capabilities. It for one is an everything tracker. By this I mean you can easily see your vitamin intake, fiber, singer, sodium, ect along with the recommended amounts making it possible to easily identify where one is lacking and where one is indulging and adjust accordingly. It makes it so much easier for people who are doing patlrticular macro splits as well. MFP is also a support group and motivation club where friends and goers of similar journeys can be effortlessly found. It is the ultimate food journal. It offers so much inspiration in the form of recipes, success stories, and progress. Used to its full potential I think your clients and yourself will love it.0

Thank you sooo much for your feedback! I'm super happy we can add recipes, something lacking in the FitBit app! I do like the community aspect, and the ability to share food tracking for accountability & support in a coaching environment.0
