Needs a little push sometimes

hello everyone. I am new to all of this. I have spent my entire life going up and down in weight. Most of this process has been on my own. I have tried to get a workout buddy and most of the time they stop working with me. I thought maybe having people on here would be a good push to get me to focus and workout. Like most I have some days that I just get home and am so tired I need that motivation to just do and get it over with. I am new to this so hopefully I can figure out how to do this community thing and keep motivated!
