Weight loss and bad food habits

Hello there! I'm Jenni and I'm new to "eating healthy." I'm 5'9" and have weighed between 111-130 my whole life...until now. I hit 26 years old and became a finance manager. My sedentary job, long hours and lack of lunch breaks led to me gaining 7 unwanted pounds mostly in my tummy and horrible eating habits. I barely ate 400 calories a day and when I did, it was crap food. I am working out, going on my third week with a trainer. I have found that making food prior to work is annoying but helpful to keep me on track. What are your struggles?
