Hi all, I'm new to this app and I'm looking to lose a few kilos. I tend to struggle with keeping track and staying motivated - thought I'd give this a go!

its simple, just keep working hard and keep doing it everyday! to really be consistent you truly have to fall in love with health and fitness, and that's accomplished through noticing the progress with each step you take, each time you are a little closer to your goal, you will be motivated to move on, and as i said once you've accumulated enough of those "stepping stones" you will fall in love and addicted, the TRUE test is how long you will stay at it good luck with everything!0
