what kind of excersise would be most likely effective to loose belky fat &tone!!? :)

    Exercise is for fitness and health. Calorie deficit is for fat loss.

  • How about if i have no time for gym ? What are good home workouts for that??
  • Have you got time to fit in a kettlebell class? I recently (well in the last year) got onto this workout and once you have one and get your technique correct you could do that at home? Form over weight I believe - I'd rather stick with a lower weight and maintain through the class than stagger through with the next weight up.
    I also go to a Powerhoop class and you can definitely do that at home. Weight hula hoop workout and I believe they have YouTube videos you could follow at home.
    However I am NOT a PI etc so best to pick the brains of a professional.
