How do we get motivated

I am also fussy eater im not sure how to use this ...i dont understand difference with calories, protien how much of what should you eat

    Become a label reader!! That is my best advice for figuring out calories. Before, I never realized how many calories were in the foods I ate and now that I am more aware of them, just by making simple, wiser choices I have started eating so much more healthier. For instance, bread. Just by making a simple change I was able to cut the calories in half without losing any flavor!

    Hey JJ - just pop in the foods that you have eaten, and it calculates it for you. Generally people have already entered the food and if you aren't sure, you can add a new food, using the nutrition panel on the item. If you eat healthy foods (you can add friends and see their food diaries if you need ideas) and drink lots of water you'll be fine.
