serious advice needed

I'm 29 and weigh 9 stn, always struggled to gain weight even when I put on size.. any advice just to get to an average weight? thanks Nicky

    Eat more high calorie foods and train hard. If you aren't gaining weight you aren't eating enough so have some ice cream, pizza, burgers or whatever you like but just eat more. Start logging and aim for a 500 cal per day surpus. If that doesn't work raise it 100 per day each week to you gain.

    Don't worry it is really easy physically but it's the psychological issues that will be the hard part.
