I can't seem to find a protein bar that doesn't give me gas pain. Like makes me miserable. Anyone find one that doesn't do that?

Are you having a reaction to the whey inside the bars?

Look for ones without maltitol or chickory root aka inulin.

Stay away from the chickory root!! It is the stuff of the devil if you have remotely sensitive stomach.
I've had decent luck with quest bars, but they are pricey.0 -
Make them yourself using oats, whey and peanut butter.0

Quaker has come out with them now, too. Not sure which kinds they all have but I bought the chocolate peanut butter ones. I found out the hard way that I don't like them. If you like Cliff bars you will probably like them, similar texture and taste.0

This is what I'd do. Straight from my MFP recipe:
4.00 scoop (24g), 100% Whey Isolate Protein Powder- Vanilla
3.00 cup, Cereals - Oats, regular and quick and instant, unenriched, cooked with water, without salt (oatmeal)
30.00 g (1 tbsp), Just Peanuts - Peanut Butter
1.00 cup (113g) - small container, Cottage Cheese - 1% Low Fat
0.50 cup, 1% Milk
1.00 tbsp, Spices - Pumpkin pie spice
Mix it all in a bowl, and serve it out in whatever serving sizes you like. I love this for when I'm bulking.
If your stomach still bothers you, switch the whey protein powder out for a non-dairy one. That's likely bugging you.0 -

invest in some GasX.... or, you know, just don't eat the protein bars. I get the same problem when I eat FiberOne anything. It literally doubles me over in pain. I mostly just avoid it but sometimes that 90 calorie brownie is just screaming to go in the microwave and then be crumbled up over my ice cream. That's why I have GasX in the house! It works pretty fast too.0
