Anyone following The Perfect 10 Diet by Dr. Michael Aziz? Or anyone even heard of it?
I'm starting stage one again after having my baby and am looking for buddies.
Anyone who is for eating healthy and clean, not just following The Perfect Ten, I'd love the support. I have a four month old son and am trying to lose my baby jiggle.

    Yes!! The first stage of the Perfect 10 Diet is paleo :) So I'll be following paleo for the next three weeks. Thanks for the friend request! :)

    I'm Paleo and following the Fitter Food from the Fitter London team. I'm day 18 into the 28 day detox from sugar plan and have their nutrition book for after. Feel free to add me and look them up on FB also. They have members from Canada to China. Brilliant and motivational bunch with recipes, macros and supplement nutrient advice too! Good luck
