Why Sleep tracker won't work?

Hi! Yesterday I started using a fitbit charge, but the sleeping tracker won't work. Can anyone help me? :(

    You'll probably be better off joining the Fitbit group and asking there. I have a Flex, so I have no idea if the sleep tracker works the same way on the Charge/HR as on this.

    The Charge/HR goes in automatically. You can plug your hours of sleep in manually on the app or the website.

    Edit: I read it as you had the flex not the charge- no coffee this morning.
