How do I post a workout and the calories I burned - so that the calories burned are in my formula with the calories I've eaten?

You search the type of work out under the exercise tab and then add the minutes you did the work out. it should calculate into your calories. if you use map my run/ride etc. you can connect it to my fitnesspal as well and it will automatically update your calories. hope this helps.0

I think you can also just add calories to the exercise tab without actually posting what exercise you did, kind of like adding the quick calories to food without posting that specific food.0
