Sadly this post will be washed away by a sea of posts and maybe some wont get to see it. But if it can motivate one single person for 2 minutes its worth every tap of the phone

Losing weight, isnt over complicated science. There's no fast fix its all down to hardwork. If you do want the body you dream off and aint just all air talking you would have problem in doing the ice bath challenge if you fail! But lets find out why we are really all here for. Putting on weight is easy.love of food or depression ect. Losing it and keeping it off is a battle its a daily fight with all the temptations around us.

What you do today will determine what your future is . What future do you want?? .......... Warning what i am about to post is the shocking truth

The present A -for some reason or another you get disheartened unmotivated and you give up.

The Present B - you stick with countings calories. Yes its hard yes theres temptations and yes there will be low points and depressing times.


Future, what really is the the future. And what does it mean.

Well future A means, when you say your to tired to work out or in pain. Just think about how much pain and how tired your gonna feel when your weighing 500 pounds. When you say to yourself i feel to self conscious to be seen jogging or in the gym. How self conscious are you gonna feel when you have a team of careers giving you a bed bath with a bucket and a sponge. How self conscious are you gonna feel when you need to be rollled over to defecate on a sheet and to be washed by a group of underpaid unsung heros. How bored are you gonna be. How depressed are you gonna become locked in a prison of fat. Not being able to get out of a chair or a bed for years to watch the world go by. To just cry out for the feel of the wind on your face not the sound of a cheap fan in the corner. Its a nasty vicious cycle of self loathing self hating and more food.the only way out is a life saving op this is your last chance to live and the first stage of this mammoth task is to remove half your wall to have some normality. Back in your life again. Imagine the pain being on a reinforced trolley. While though blurred vision of tears you say your last good byes .to your loved ones you have no idea if your gonna smell your huband again or hear your kids say i love you. While your being wheeled into the operation theatre. To be hacked apart its not pretty. The sounds of the machines. Your family waiting on tenterhooks as the minutes count down. the sound of the clock amplified. The all tell tell sound of the beep from reading your heart rate turning into a deathly 1 pitch tone as your family screams your husbands coffee cup falls to the ground.

Give up, and This is the future. Corporations are using even more pushy harassing advertising campaigns to sale you food you do not need. They are making billions on your pain and suffering. Dont fight your urges to eat junk food. Stop yourself paying these people from slowly poisoning you to death.

So next time you feel tired or in pain or self conscious..or have urge to buy junk food. Remember this. As this will become your future.

Or do you want Future B - you become healthier fitter stronger faster sexier. you have that body you dreamed of. You feel sexier more confident. You hold your head high you walk with a smile of success your walking down a beach with the biggest smile with a great tonned body turning heads having fellow women. Ask how you got so defined. You feel more alive more energy your confident in your own skin in and out the bedroom. You have a new love for life. In the gym and out.

Keep the battle going. Its a daily battle keeping fit and healthy and oneday we might be a small minority but lets dust ourselves down become more active. And eat clean healthy life 90% of the time. Stick with your daily calorie goals. Workout daily dont give any reason or excuse. Just do it
