Anyone got any suggestions on how to lose flab around stomach, upper arms and upper legs?

    Calorie deficit. Unfortunately it's not possible to spot reduce.

    Not possible to spot reduce, but you can do strength exercises to increase muscle. That's what most people are actually describing when they say "tone up".

    If you want tight arms, I suggest weight lifting (Edit: Lifting heavy, none of those 3-5 lb dumbbells). You will not accidentally bulk up - I promise :)

    ^^ thank you for the advice :) all I really need to do is get rid of the fat around my stomach, arms and legs to help me build up confidemce.
