I started at 201 and age 48, with an original goal of 150. Over 2 years later I'm maintaining at around 135. If I did this, so can you!

HI! 41 mother of 5 and grandma to 2 look to drop about 100lbs myself. Always looking for others in same goal range. I don't have many people in my support group because I keep falling off the weight loss horse here BUT this year I am in it for long haul. I keep picturing me being one of those elderly ladys that it takes 2-3 CNA's to get me up and about at 70 and I DO NOT WANT THAT! determined to get thinner and stay that way no more yo-yo0
