30 Day Shred Stamina After Rest Day

So, Thursday I completed my 10th day of Level 1. Super exciting (even though it was still pretty rough to get through)! I figured I would take Friday off and so I did. I wanted to do 14 days of each level so just a few minutes ago I tried doing Level 1 again and for whatever reason I couldn't get through the first few minutes of the work out. It's that TOM, but that can't be it. Maybe it's because I've only eaten 572 calories today? I'm going to eat some protein and then try again in a few hours, but still is strange. Has anyone ever experienced this?
