I have used fitness pal for a while but decided it's time to get serious and actually stop having bad weeks and using fad diets like I always seem to do. So I decided to come on here and make some friends with like minded people who are dedicated to getting healthy also!!

I have been doing davina and Jillian micheals DVDs for
Some time now but never stick
To a routine for more than a month! I hope this time is different!!

Anyway hello everyone and anyone with success stories I would love to hear to spur be on more!!
