Activity Trackers

I've been a Fitbit user for a few years, and I'm looking for a change.
Currently,I have a Fitbit Zip which does NOT sync properly with my phone. Fitbit sent me a replacement device which I have yet to open because I've had this issue with multiple Fitbit Zip devices.
I LOVED my Fitbit Flex because it was waterproof and I was able to wear it 24/7 (including swimming or taking a shower). However, I work as a personal shopper at a grocery store. Pushing a shopping cart all day means that the Flex did not pick up my steps at work. Wristband trackers are great... except when I'm at work.
This means, as much as I like the Charge HR, it's probably not a very practical option for me.
I absolutely love the Weight Watchers ActiveLink 2.0 in that it has multiple wearing options. It can be worn on the wrist AND/or on the waist, etc. However, I'm not interested in a Weight Watchers fitness tracker.
Anybody familiar with the Misfit Shine? I'm feel like that may have everything I'm looking for in an activity tracker: 24/7 wearability and flexibility to wear it however I want to wear it depending on the day/occasion.
Any opinions?

I have the Misfit Shine and I love it. I have a friend that has it also and they like it. They have complaints about the app though if you have an Android. But the Iphone app has a lot more options to it if you have an iPhone.0

I have an Android phone. Personally, I didn't care for the Misfit, and returned it the day after I bought it. I thought the tracker was entirely too inaccurate and overestimated calorie burn.
