Need inspiration!!!

Need to lose 25lbs! I have NO motivation, and my biggest challenge is food. .

  • Oh my gosh, same problem! I just LOVE food!! My suggestion is to find a buddy to work out/diet with, so you have some support. Also, maybe pick out a super cute swimsuit and tell yourself that you can't buy it until you have lost a certain amount of weight. I have done both of these things, and it has really worked for me. In fact, my whole family has started running now, which is great!

    I would love to start running, it's just so hard. I'm thinking about trying the C25K app...hopefully that will help. Lets see!

    I haven't been getting much motivation at home so I've been sticking to reading comments from everyone and watching the biggest loser starting with season 1. Every single episode no matter if it day or night will lift me off the couch and either getting outside or doing some kind of Cardio. I know everyone has seen an episode or two of the show. If they can do it we can too!!!

    Start with adding exercise and slowly change your diet. I have a 10k runner app and I just finished week 9 today. It's starts you off slow and slowly gets you doing more. I never thought of myself as a runner before, I love it now and look forward to running days.

    I've downloaded the NHS 'couch to 5k' for future use along with the "flexibility & strength" podcasts.
