I am having issues where I don't feel like I have eatten enough food for the day even though my calories have maxed out. I am trying to fit in more fruit/veggies and items with lower calories. Any help that anyone can give me would be great. I have a dr appointment next Wednesday to figure out more information so we will see then too.
Thank you!

Do you weigh your food? Also aggressive deficits can do that.

We'd need to know what your calorie limit is to suggest how to fix that feeling. Maybe your calorie deficient is too aggressive? Maybe you are eating too many calorie dense foods? And open diary can say a lot too!

When I feel that way, I just force myself to the gym so I can eat more calories and not feel guilty about it. I don't know if that's good advice lol but it works for me. Perhaps you are not eating enough fiber or protein in your diet? That can also make you feel more hungry...try replacing carbs (bread, rice, pasta) with more lean protein (chicken , eggs, greek yogurt) and fiber (fruits, vegetables) . Nuts are also a great healthy snack, that keep you full...as long as you watch your portion size. :)

I exercise to give me some leeway, but on those days still aim to come in under my calorie allowance. And I am such a snacker! I have a super healthy breakfast and lunch and then snack in between because even if I had more food in those meals I'd STILL be hungry in the middle. I find the mornings the most difficult.

Perhaps figure when you are hungriest (like my mornings) and adjust your food intake to feel like you're not starving yourself between meals.
