Ok so I've been hearing some people take collagen pills to help with loose skin during weightloss . What do you guys think about this, and has anyone tried this ?

    Collagen pills can help tremendously with loose skin, it really help your skin regain its elasticity. if it is a big problem for you I would suggest taking them, they also help alot with joint pain
