how many calories should i aim for?

I'm looking to maintain or gain a few pounds and I don't know how many calories to eat :/ I'm an 18 year old teen boy, fit and active, very slim and walk roughly 10-12 miles everyday, I don't sit down a lot and I'm always trying to be on the go. for example today I've made 28,000 steps, how many calories would you suggest based on my height and weight, 5ft 7 (171cm) 50kg (110pounds)
