I'm looking to maintain or gain a few pounds and I don't know how many calories to eat I'm an 18 year old teen boy, fit and active, very slim and walk roughly 10-12 miles everyday, I don't sit down a lot and I'm always trying to be on the go. for example today I've made 28,000 steps, how many calories would you suggest based on my height and weight, 5ft 7 (171cm) 50kg (110pounds)

MFP already figures this estimate out for you when you set up your account.0

Start at 2500. If you gain weight, reduce it by a couple hundred. If you lose weight, increase it by a couple hundred. Keep adjusting until it stabilizes.0

You have two options:
Set MFP to maintenance levels and eat back your exercise calories
OR
Calculate you TDEE (http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/) and eat that amount and don't include exercise calories.
