Hey everyone! My name is Roland and I am going to give this whole thing a try. I need to lose around 80 lbs. I have two beautiful daughters and the best wife, and I figure that if I can take care of myself, I will be better equipped to take care of them for MANY years to come. The problem is that I need people to help me along the way. If you would like to help me out, become my friend and I will return the favor of pushing and motivating to reach our goals.
