I have such awesome drive and lose weight for a while then I lose some drive but gain it back quickly. Does this happen to most people. Those of you who have lost big, did you have the same issue,or did you just keep the drive the whole time??

Since i dont "diet", I dont have this issue. I exercise and eat the calories I am suppose to based on my daily activities. (500 cals less than my TDEE) dont get burnt out since I eat what I want (just not as much of it).

Maybe you should look at the calories you are eating and make sure you are eating enough. Then you can eat stuff you like every now and again and wont get bored with it.

As for exercise, now that I have been doing it for a few months, its pretty easy to enjoy it. I mean I dont skip into the gym singing "shiny happy people" or anything but I do get into once I am there.

Some days I am all about the exercise and trying new foods/recipes, and some days I just cannot be bothered, but I plug away regardless. I have to take emotion out of the food equation, and just do what I need to do.

I completely understand. I have been through this several times. For me, the key has been realizing that weight loss is not about being perfect, it's about a general trend of doing the right things over time. Consider taking a break and eating at maintenance for a few days. It helps you keep your sanity.
