I have been going at this weight loss game for about three months now. During the first month I was maintaining -2lbs per week. However, recently I have stopped losing pounds or inches. I have opened up my Diary for some help. I am trying to figure out how I should adjust macros, I am already at a ~1200 cal intake and do not want to go any lower. I have been reading up on how once your body gets used to a workout routine it can affect weight lose. Could this be a reason? I am at a loss on what to get the tape and scale moving again. Any help is welcomed, I am very ope to constructive criticism.

Are you weighing everything? My portion sizes for some items were waaaay over but I would count the cals for 1 serving. Do not go lower than the 1200 cal. Not sure how much you weigh but anything lower is unhealthy. Try eating back some of your exercise cals. Make sure you get your water in. Keep on keeping on. Weight will come off.

First, men shouldn't be going below 1500 anyway. As for your exercise, with no more exercise than you're doing, I hardly think that is a concern. Thirty minutes a day is the bare minimum. You should exercise more. Other than that, I expect you're either eating more than you're recording or the calories listed for the food items are wrong.

I do not eat back all of my calories, I try to leave 200~300 open since I do not have the ability to weigh my food at the moment and I am sure that what I log will not be 100% accurate.

You need to buy a scale, cups aren't accurate. Additionally, what are your stats?

I am trying to get down to 165. I have been using Insanity products for the three months to reach my goal.

How long has it been since you saw a loss?
