Today I happened upon a package of roasted chestnuts. I looked at the nutritional info which stated there were 100 calories in 1 cup of the product. This didn't seem right, so I curiously opened my browser to do a little reconnaissance. Lo and behold, 1 cup is actually over 200 cal! Moral? When in doubt, check it out. I always check at least 3 sources when getting info for a new food. The numbers aren't always the same but two out of three ain't bad. Have a good day!!!

If only more people used the same common sense. It's just not so common anymore.0

People are too trusting. I'm slowly learning about food and it amazes me how much I don't know. You'd think 33 years of eating experience would count, huh?0
