    I've done pickle relish which works pretty well, if maybe a bit salty. Mustard works too, I'm trying salsa next time.

    Yep, avocado is great. I also use a little dijon mustard, or greek yogurt with the avocado.

    Also, I have discovered a bit of tzatziki works well with tuna if you don't overdo it (or just add dill and cucumber to the aforementioned yogurt).

    Better tasting than mayo for sure (I hate mayo, not for health reasons but it just doesn't taste good to me at all).

    I use a serving of light mayo with some spicy brown mustard, sweet relish, and black pepper. Sometimes I'll add in chopped onions and tomatoes.

    Hummus is a delicious add-in too.
