So my name is Melody and I am 21 years old.
Right now I am 125lbs (5ft 1.5in --yes I add the half) and 2 days into the BeachBody Brazilian Butt Lift workout.
I've been trying to get in shape for the past few months but haven't really stuck with anything.
The past few weeks though I have come to the realization that starting and stopping routines to lose weight and eventually gain it back is a vicious and tiring cycle. It's not only physically discouraging to have to keep starting all over, but mentally.
I'm really hoping that this time I'll stick with it, because no matter how hard it is to keep going, it's got to be easier than starting all over every time. If you want to exchange numbers/facebooks/etc for encouragement pm me.
I would love to connect with some people also doing BBL or c25k as I would love to start that one as well.
