I'm looking for new friends who are like me.
I can sign but not many around me do, my gym is not very Deaf friendly; they tend to think yelling until everyone stares is a good idea. so I mostly exercise at home. I know most of my hearing friends listen to music when they exercise, what do you do?. Have you any techniques for keeping HAs in your ears during exercise? or do you take them out. I've attached mine to a clip so at least when they fall out they don't fall on the floor
