I need major motivation!!!

I can't seem to get motivated to work out! Like I ha email no energy, but I want the body I know I can achieve... Feeling down!

Try to use motivational pictures and quotes to get yourself motivated! Having pictures on your wall of post-it notes with your goal weight on them and place then on your fridge or cupboards. Hope this helps0

Just go do it and start developing habits. If you're sitting around waiting for motivation, it's never going to happen. Are you motivated to do the dishes? Are you motivated to vacuum? Probably not right...but you do these things right? Because they need doing.
I'd also suggest finding some kind of exercise activity you enjoy...it makes things a whole lot better...I mean I'm not always motivated to go for a ride (that's when habit takes over)...but I overwhelmingly enjoy riding...I could never get up to go do something I hated doing like droning away on some cardio machine or dancing around my living room to a DVD...I don't enjoy those things.0 -
1. Make habit - and always workout on the same music, helps your body remember
2. ...or join something that you will have to attend since you paid for, group activity so no excuses (sport, dance, zumba)- something to keep you accountable.
3. Motivation is a muscle, keep finding inspiring/motivating quotes, videos, people daily
4. Find your reason for wanting better body (to look better didn't work for me since I was quite happy with my life otherwise so it wasn't in the way- being great in dance changed the game completely:))
5. If you workout at home, find different workouts so you don't get bored, and videotape yourself- to remind yourself how much you work, to fix your form in certain positions, and to see the changes in your body and technique on pictures- when you start seeing results that pictures will keep motivating you as well0
