edited to add that the recipe doohicky on MFP has screwed up my chili recipe - the sodium is off by a factor of like 90 -

My diary is public. I tend to eat plenty of whole grains, fruits, dairy, nuts, and some vegetables.0

mine is open your welcome to look. i eat a ton, low sugar and carbs come from veggies. i eat little to no breads or pastas.0

I have chobani for brekky, big home made tuna and salad for lunch, some sort of meat/fish and veg/salad for dinner, which leaves some calories for a glass or two of wine and a piece of dark chocolate at night! I make all my food at home, it's just too hard to hit the calorie accuracy with outside food that you can't weigh. Went out for lunch the other day as a rarity and had a steak and fries and really had no idea what they would have weighed. Just ate less that day just in case.0

My diary is open also. Lots of people's are, so you might want to just click on names. Another good option is to post in the introductions section and mention your calorie target--you usually end up with plenty of friends in that range.

An average day for me would be:
Breakfast: protein shake, cereal, or yogurt with fruit and granola
Lunch: frozen meal (like Evolv street tacos), fruit cup, and piece of chocolate
Snack: protein bar, pudding cup, hot chocolate, pretzels, peanut butter, serving of fruit, etc.
Dinner: pasta with meat sauce, side salad, and milk or grilled burgers with carmelized onions and normal chips or pita chips with hummus
Based on my height, weight, and activity level, I tend to consume 1,800-2,000 calories daily to lose around 1 1/2 pounds per week.0 -
Take a look, low carb, lots of coffee. Kinda obsessed with protein.0
