I went well over my sodium intake today and Im curious if I am stuck with that or if there is a way to counter act it? Intake more water? Anything I can do to make it better. Other than exercise. I dont want to lose my calories.

..... Sodium has nothing to do with calories. IF you went over, you went over, big woop.

How would going over on sodium cause you to "lose calories"?

Drink to your thirst. When you have too much sodium, you'll be naturally more thirsty without even realizing it. You don't have to drink excessive water.

You can't really undo the sodium. Just drink your water and wait while your body corrects the situation.

Eating potassium rich foods is the closest thing to counteracting sodium that you can do.
