get fit for summer 2015

Hi guys! I'm on day 3 of getting fit and healthy for my summer holiday 2015, any tips on weight loss?

    Moderation on diet (*no; not "dieting") and trying to be more active... so far has been working for me on my trend downwards.

    IF YOU CAN: Also try making sure anything you eat is high in energy instead of just empty calories (*one of my biggest factors to my higher weight was just eating junk).

    I cut out as much of the carbs as possible. No rice, potatos, pasta, bread. I have added back in stuff like those really thin smart bagels for sandwiches though. When I really started looking at what I was eating, those items were the bulk of my diet every day. The treadmill has become my best friend and I've really gotten in to weights and strengthening. My son fortunately had a dusty work out station hidden deep in the corner of my laundry room and once I got that uncovered and working out on it, I loved it. My legs have really toned up and doing the dead lifts makes you work everything and you can feel it.
