Why is it that when your on a natural "high" feeling great about your health kick someone's negative attitude can be frustrating

Could be a variety of reasons
-they are a complete fart in general
-they are jealous of your achievement and wish they were also on a health kick and feeling good about themselves like you are
-you would like/expect them to be supportive but they may not know this and are annoyed when they don't
-they may be trying to get healthy but are finding it very difficult
I'd say most of the time it's the second one.
If possible limit your time with this individual or just don't bring up the subject as it obviously annoys them for whatever their reasons are. You know yourself you are doing good and that's what counts.
If they make other comments again or nit pick as they say then you should say something to them(in a civil way of course ) you don't have to put up with negativity esp coming from a friend or family member.0 -
I think it doesn't even register in their heads. I just try and "do me" which can be a struggle but what isn't a struggle. You struggle for what you want...thanks...0

unfortunately its the world we live in, we see it everywhere you can be on the biggest high yet there's always someone ready to knock you down. Just have to learn to turn the other cheek and ignore them, cause they are obviously leading a miserable life,0
