Hi there! I am 33 mom of 1 little boy (three) and 1 dog. My husband travels a lot for work and I am a full time HIgh School teacher so like many of you, I don't have a lot of time.

I haven't been able to take off those last 5 pounds of "baby weight" (can't really blame it on that anymore) and then somehow when I tried to do something about it, I GAINED 6 pounds. Grrr. I did TurboFire for 12 weeks and thats when I gained some. I think I was overestimating calorie burning and not doing a good job tracking calories taken in.

Anyways, I am now doing Chalean Extreme (just finished the first phase/4 weeks) and using BodyMedia while tracking everything I eat on myfitnesspal. Its a lot of work, but I am seeing some results already. I also have hypothyroidism, so that adds to the equation and try to get that monitored regularly.
