I started here because I could not zip my wedding dress and needed a little help. Logging in my food really helped put things into perspective. I was able to suceed! My dress has to be taken in an inch or so, and there is a possibility it will need it a second time. I am trying to maintain or not lose much so that this is not the case. But, I do want to try and tone up so this is going to be difficult.

I just wanted to share my happiness. I can wear my dress and be able to breathe at the same time! =:) =:)
