I never had a weight problem until the last two years or so. I am 41 yrs old and I've always eaten and snacked without having to worry. Suddenly this has all changed. Maybe cause my age or cause I've been out of work for a few years so less active. I now cut out sweets almost completely and no heavy foods. I excercise 3 times a week. It's alot to adjust to cause I never had to do this before. Since I started I lost 5 pds with 5 more to go. Seems like this last 5 may never happen.

The closer to goal you are, the harder. Why not just eat what you want, be sure to log and WEIGH all your food and enjoy taking the last 5 pounds slow? That's what I'm doing! No reason to lose it before June ha.0
