Question : Sedentary or Active

Not sure what my setting should be. I sit behind a desk but have started going to the gym 5 days a week. Do I still choose sedentary or do I push it up to lightly active

    sedentary, + track the exercise. or lightly active, and don't track the exercise. Do for 4 weeks, see where you are for weight loss.

    Sedentary, until your weight loss shows otherwise. Eat to fuel.

    Yup. Both are valid. I lean towards the first until you're confident going to the gym is a habit.
