Hey guys,

Im new here and i need some people who can keep me motivated everyday. I need to lose these extra pounds soon. Aside from that, i'm also in a struggle of trying to keep myself away from smoking.

    Hi and Welcome. :) Well, I can't promise you we can keep you motivated everyday as that's something that comes from within. But inspiration you'll find lots of here on the site. Keep looking through the before and after photo section and learn what the success stories have to share. I think you'll have motivation before you know it. ;) Good Luck
